Experimenting with pulley systems.

We tested a pulley system as an alternative to gears as the plan would be to use the cut out circles from the body as as components for this system. Another advantage to this would be that we wouldn’t have friction issued between the cogs and positioning the pulley drive would be easier. Problems we found with this while testing were that the rubber bands would have to be at a precise friction level to work properly and the motor still struggled with the ratio of the pulleys. We abandoned this idea and took what we learnt to proceed with the project.
